Final Approval of $45M Dannon Settlement and Cy Pres Distributions

Climaco, Wilcox, Peca, Tarantino & Garofoli Co., LPA is pleased to announce final approval of the class action lawsuit involving Dannon's Activia® and DanActive® dairy products. U. S. District Court Judge Dan A. Polster granted approval of the settlement, which will result in the distribution of millions of dollars of Dannon dairy products to the Cleveland Food Bank. In reporting news of approval of the final settlement, Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Foundation president Michael Unger singled our firm's chairman John R.
