Empowering Individuals with Developmental Disabilities
The Climaco law firm was a proud sponsor of Deepwood Foundation's annual fundraising event to support children and adults with developmental disabilities. Deepwood Foundation is a charitable organization located in Lake County dedicated to enhancing the quality of life of children and adults with mental retardation and developmental disabilities. This year's Hawaiian themed event was titled "Aloha" (greetings and compasion). The Climaco firm was represented by firm attorneys Tom Tarantino and Maggie Metzinger. Congratulations to the Dale and Linda Kast Family and the Skoda Minotti accounting firm, who were honored for their continued support of Deepwood's mission. -

On June 18, 2011, CWPT&G attorney Dawn Chmielewski participated in the Take Steps for Crohn’s and Colitis charitable walk and fundraiser. -
2010 Walk for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Fund
Nicole Climaco and other members of the Climaco Firm team participated in the 2010 Walk to raise money for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Fund at the Cleveland Metropolitan Zoo. -
Walk for the Cure
In July of 2011, Firm Controller Cindy Parisi and her grandson Robert completed another successful Walk for the Cure in Cleveland, benefiting Susan G. Komen for the Cure. The 3-DAY, 60 mile quest raised money to find a cure for breast cancer. -
Dragon Boat Team
On September 17, 2011, CWPT&G attorney Scott Simpkins competed in the Cleveland Dragon Boat Festival on behalf of a team sponsored by a client of CWPT&G. The team he was participating with won the gold medal for the event
