Climaco, Lefkowitz, Peca, Wilcox & Garofoli Co., LPA has been involved in many Class Actions, and has had leading roles in several, including the Sulzer Hip Replacement litigation, the General Motors Yukon gas tank cases, airline disasters, tobacco litigation and pharmaceutical litigation such as the actions against the manufacturers of Vioxx, Baycol and Propulsid.

Often our Firm was part of the leadership of the group of law firms that took on these matters.
