Land Use and Zoning

CLPWG has represented municipal corporations, public entities, owners, developers, design professionals, contractors and subcontractors in all stages of real estate acquisitions, financing, development, environmental, construction and disposition. As outside counsel to various public entities, CLPWG has pursued eminent domain proceedings and annexations in order to assist in municipal planning and economic development. CLPWG has also provided representation to owners and developers before state and local administrative agencies and in litigation involving land use, zoning, planning and private commercial and residential development. CLPWG has conducted litigation and arbitration on behalf of owners, developers, design professionals, contractors and subcontractors in construction litigation matters and in matters involving mechanics liens.
