Public Employees

CLPWG represents and counsels public sector employees and employee organizations on the full array of federal, state, and local laws relating to labor relations, fair employment practices and employee benefits. We are experienced in collective bargaining, mediation, fact-finding, arbitration and litigation in all those areas. Our attorneys practice in state and federal courts and before the local civil service commissions, the State Personnel Board of Review, the State Employment Relations Board and arbitration panels from the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service and American Arbitration Association.
